Village House Garden
About This Project
The brief for the garden was to create a plant design for an avid gardener. The garden was designed and installed by Bosworth’s Landscaping. The client has a love for perennials and was looking forward to having a garden to care for.
The grown up family enjoy spending time relaxing in the garden and therefore planting around seating areas incorporated structural evergreen plants amongst which perennials were planted to create a soft veil through which other areas of the garden can be seen.
Planting providing contrasting and interesting foliage, as well as seasonal flower colour, take full advantage of the shady areas of the garden.
The pergola, clothed in roses and underplanted with lavender create a fragrant walk way from the house to the summer house.
Winter interest that can be seen from the house is provided by fragrant shrubs, coloured stems, bulbs and contrasting evergreen foliage.
